Mortgage iBacus Trial Version: A Free Mortgage Calculator
PragNotion Software is currently developing its first smart phone application product line, a mortgage calculator to assist you in your home financing decisions. The first version will run on the BlackBerry smartphone. The iPhone version will be available later.
MortCalc Trial Version v0.11
This BlackBerry
application computes the monthly payment for 15-year or 30-year fix rate
mortgage, given the interest rate and loan amount (principal).
Designed for tentative home buyers who are just looking or testing the
real estate market, this product will be available free as a Trial
Version in November 2009. By Trial
Version, the application has limited functionality, but the trial time
